What we collect
Information you give us. When you take The Hours Check, we collect your name, company, work email, phone number and role, your answers to the assessment questions, the snapshot calculated from them, and a record of your consent to calls and texts with the time you gave it. When you book a call or contact us, we collect what you send us.
Information collected automatically. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not follow you across other websites. Our website host processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver this site and keep it secure. When you submit The Hours Check, our form provider also records your IP address and browser details with your submission and checks it for spam.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your Hour Snapshot.
- To respond to you and to follow up by email, phone call or text about your snapshot and our services.
- To improve The Hours Check and this website.
- To meet legal obligations.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, a person at AgentHour may call or text you about your Hour Snapshot and our services. We do not use autodialers or prerecorded messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of purchase.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website, our forms, email, call scheduling and the automations behind The Hours Check, under agreements that limit how they can use it, and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@agenthour.com.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you give us, including your Hours Check submission and the copy of it emailed to us, until 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing hello@agenthour.com.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across other websites, our site does not respond differently to Do Not Track browser signals.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
