About AgentHour

Built inside a real business.

AgentHour builds and runs practical AI agents that free people in relationship-led businesses for human work. It started with the job of making AI useful inside a 120-person recruiting firm, where every tool had to earn its place in a real week.

From the founder

Time back for the work people enjoy.

I spent a long stretch of my career in operations, and I always had a tech side and a math brain to go with it. When AI got genuinely useful, it gave me a new path.

Most recently I led AI adoption inside a 120-person recruiting firm. I built the agents the team used every week: follow-ups that don't slip, research that's ready before the call, updates that happen without anyone chasing them. The tools were the easy part. Picking the right work, measuring it and staying with people until it stuck is what made the difference.

What keeps me going is watching people get time back for the parts of the job they actually enjoy: the conversations, the judgment calls, the relationships. That's the human work, and it's why AgentHour exists.

What we hold to.

  1. Find the Best Way

The simplest thing that works beats the most impressive thing that doesn't.

  2. Say the Hard Thing

If a workflow isn't worth automating, or something isn't working, you'll hear it from us first.

  3. Make It Count

We measure the time that comes back and make sure it goes to work that matters.
